Just one night away to give Bertie a run after the damp winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have had amazing weather, cloudless skies but with a chilly breeze. This is a back to nature campsite with compost loos and no showers. We arrived at about 10:30, had a cuppa and just chilled till lunchtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The afternoon activity was a 4-5 mile walk in the Mendip countryside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Off to the Queen Victoria pub for tonight’s meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fairly cold night, I got out the fleecy blanket during the night. Only 6\u00b0 at breakfast so the warm air heater went on!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
