Having removed all the seats we removed the lining in order to put in insulation. Standard Rockwall type insulation for the sides, and silvered bubble wrap type for the roof.
But first I cut a hole in the roof for the skylight. A bit trepidatious, but it went OK.

The next thing was to start on the woodwork. This proved more tricky than expected because there are no straight lines or right angles in a van!
I made a start on the rear storage and the bed/seating.

Next came the shower/toilet area. This proved very tricky because of the curve of the sides. The toilet is designed to fit against a flat, upright wall, which we didn’t have. More cutting holes in the side of the van for the door to the toilet cassette.
