The first job was to remove the minibus seats. The seats themselves came out easily as they were attached on sliding runners. They obviously hadn’t been move for a while, but with some WD40 and a bit of brute force they all csme out.

A much more difficult job was removing the runners.
They were attached through the floor of the van with over two hundred bolts. I tried unscrewing them, but most were too rusty, so I had to drill them out. It took me two days and I broke about 6 drill bits!
