Just a couple of nights away with granddaughter Becca and her boyfriend Tim. We are at Lobb fields near Croyde in north Devon. We arrived about noon, set up and went for a couple walks. They arrived about six, we sat outside with a barbecue and several glasses of wine.
On Saturday morning we spent a couple of hours walking on Saunton sands. Becca and Tim have two dogs so it was a good place to give them a run. The afternoon saw us just chilling out (sleeping for Tim) at the campsite. For our evening meal we walked into Braunton to a restaurant.
Sunday morning we packed up and headed back to Saunton beach. A walk along the beach followed by lunch in the beachside restaurant, then journeyed home.
