We got off to an early start leaving to go to the Sculpture Trail in the Forest of Dean. After doing the trail we headed to a pub near coleford where we had pre-booked a Sunday lunch. With full bellies we set off to find the CL at High Meadow Farm. A bit of a chill out was called for after parking up, then a walk through corn fields and woods.
The site was very pleasant with nice views, quiet and spacious.
The next day was spent mooching round charity shops in Monmouth and after a lovely walk along the river Wye at Tintern it was back home.
