We have been at Patch bridge for a week, entertaining various guests.

Teresa and Brian popped in one afternoon and we took Sue & Rob (Trog) for a trip down to Purton and back.

On Thursday we had a delayed Christmas lunch with San and John in the Tudor Arms.

Then yesterday we decided to move. It was a toss up between Frampton, Splatt bridge or Purton. It’s further to walk back to get the car from Purton, but there are visitor’s moorings on the offside. So we plumped for Purton.

We arrived here yesterday in time to walk back, get the car and drive back in time for lunch.

A bit of tidying up then off home to prepare for Heddi’s birthday celebrations with the family on Sunday.
