We had arranged to meet Teresa & Lindsay at Wolverley. They are staying in the nearby caravan park for the weekend. Unfortunately the M5 was even more clogged up and slower than usual so it was rather late by the time we arrived in Kidderminster.

I had worked out that we needed to leave the mooring at about 17:30 if we were going to get to Wolverley by dusk. It was actually about ten to six when we arrived. Unloading was carried out in record time, and we were away by 18:06.

We did get there OK, but I had to do Wolverley Court lock in near darkness and the last stretch from there to Wolverley was completly dark as it’s under the shade of trees.

We moored up below the lock and then joined T & L in their caravan for supper.
