Just a couple of miles today. After breakfast we moved over to the other side to top up the water, which took ages due to the slow tap. Then we made our way slowly up to Splatt bridge so that we are ready for Nikki, Paul and their girls tomorrow. Just to strech our legs we took a short walk through Frampton village, across some fields to Fretherne bridge and back along the towpath. After lunch we kept an eye out for Julia, Paul and friends aboard ‘Fair Dinkum’. They came along about 1:30 and we went on board for a chat and a glass of wine.
