We have been on the boat several times over the winter, but this is the first time we have actually been anywhere.

We started out in three cars, left two of them at Frampton on Severn, then carried on in one car to the marina at Droitwich. For this trip we have daughter Liz and granddaughters Jess and Frankie onboard. On arrival at the marina we unpacked all the stuff and started off down the canal towards the Severn. The plan was to stop on the visitor’s mooring at Hawford, but we made good progress so carried on to Worcester. The weather improved as the time went on, so now it’s a lovely sunny evening.
